- 400 g salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 50 g feta cheese
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then pour the mixture over the salmon.
3. Slice the zucchini and add it around the salmon in the baking dish. Also, add the cherry tomatoes.
4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
