Ingredients:
- Crust: - 150 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Filling:
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 1.5 dl sugar (approximately 150 g)
- 3 large eggs
- (optional: pine nuts for topping)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust by mixing the flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. 2. Press the dough evenly into a greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.
3. Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
4. For the filling, combine the ricotta, sugar, and eggs in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
6. If desired, sprinkle pine nuts on top of the filling.
7. Bake in the oven for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
8. Allow the tart to cool before serving.
