Ingredients:

- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 200 g manchego cheese
- 150 g olives (green and black)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g hummus
- 1 bag of nachos or slices of baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Slice the chorizo sausage into thin rounds and sauté in a pan until golden brown and crispy.
2. Cut the manchego cheese into cubes or slices.
3. Rinse the olives and drain well.
4. Slice the red bell pepper and cucumber into strips or rounds.
5. Arrange all the ingredients beautifully on a serving platter: chorizo, cheese, olives, bell pepper, and cucumber.
6. Serve the hummus separately as a dip and place the nachos or baguette slices on the platter.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
