American Reuben Sandwich

A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring layers of smoked beef, cheese, and sauerkraut, grilled to perfection. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 100 g smoked beef
- 2 slices of cheese (such as Emmental or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
1. Spread butter on both sides of the rye bread slices.
2. On one slice, spread mustard evenly.
3. Layer the smoked beef, cheese slices, and sauerkraut on top of the mustard.
4. Top with the other slice of bread.
5. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown.
6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.
