Serving Size: 1 sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 100 g corned beef
- 2 slices of cheese (e.g., Emmental or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
1. Spread mustard on one slice of rye bread.
2. Layer corned beef and sauerkraut on top of the mustard.
3. Place cheese slices over the sauerkraut and cover with the second slice of rye bread.
4. Butter the outer sides of the sandwich.
5. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.
