A savory and delicious pizza roll that combines the flavors of a Reuben sandwich with the deliciousness of stromboli. Perfect for snacking or lunch! Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ready-made pizza dough- 200 g corned beef, sliced
- 100 g sauerkraut, drained
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g. Emmental or cheddar)
- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for brushing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on parchment paper.
3. Spread Greek yogurt or mustard evenly over the dough.
4. Arrange the slices of corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded cheese evenly on top of the dough.
5. Sprinkle chopped dill, salt, and pepper over the filling.
6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
7. Brush the surface of the roll with oil and make a few slits on top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before slicing.
