Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 ready-made pizza dough
- 200 g ham (sliced)
- 150 g salami (sliced)
- 150 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar, shredded)
- 100 ml pizza or marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for a convection oven).
2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a piece of parchment paper.
3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
4. Layer the ham, salami, and cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
5. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the fillings.
6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
7. Place the rolled Stromboli on the parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg.
8. Make a few slits on top of the roll with a sharp knife.
9. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
