Ingredients:
- 2 dl cottage cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 dl finely chopped chives
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or emmental)
- 1 dl chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rye cups (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
2. Add the chopped basil, chives, grated cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fill the rye cups with the prepared mixture.
5. Serve immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
