A delicious pie featuring a sweet and tangy red currant filling topped with a creamy yogurt mixture. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl liquid margarine or 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (not cooked)
- 200 g Turkish yogurt
- 1 egg (for filling)
- About 5 dl frozen red currants
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the liquid margarine or butter and sugar until well combined.
2. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour and baking powder until the dough is smooth.
4. Press the dough into a greased pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
5. Evenly distribute the frozen red currants over the dough.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, and the egg together, then pour the mixture over the berries.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
