- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the radishes and cucumber thoroughly. Slice the radishes into thin rounds and chop the cucumber into desired bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the radish and cucumber pieces in a large bowl.
