Ingredients:
- 2 panini breads
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ham or smoked turkey
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Open the panini breads and fill them with mozzarella, ham, tomato, avocado, and red onion slices.
3. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the fillings.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the panini breads and grill them in the skillet on both sides until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
