A delicious panini inspired by French breads, perfect for lunch or a snack.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 paninis
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of ciabatta bread
- 100 g fresh mozzarella
- 100 g ham
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half.
2. Cut the mozzarella, tomato, and avocado into slices.
3. On the bottom half of the bread, layer the mozzarella, followed by the ham, tomato, and avocado.
4. Add fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover with the top half of the bread.
6. Brush the outer sides with olive oil.
7. Grill the paninis in a skillet or panini press until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve warm.
