A scrumptious panini perfect for lunch or a snack. Prep time is about 15 minutes, serves 1.Ingredients:
- 1 panini bread
- 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons pickled vegetables
- 2-3 tablespoons meat filling
- 2 slices of tomato
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 slices of your favorite cheese
Instructions:
1. Fill the panini bread with cream cheese, pickled vegetables, meat filling, tomato slices, shredded lettuce, and cheese slices.
2. Grill the filled bread in a panini press or waffle iron.
3. Press firmly and cook until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
