Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
4. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary.
5. Spread the seasoned potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, turning the fries halfway through the cooking time.
