Ingredients:
- 300 g reindeer meat (cooked and diced) - 1 l chicken broth
- 200 g potatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or emmental, grated)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat a little oil in a pot and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until soft. 2. Add the diced potatoes and reindeer meat to the pot. Mix well.
3. Pour the chicken broth into the pot and bring to a boil. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
4. Add the heavy cream and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted into the soup.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
