Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken strips
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 200 ml cheesy cooking cream
- For topping: grated cheese

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, and onion into small cubes. Slice the leek.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken strips. Cook until they are golden brown.
3. Add the onion, leek, and carrots to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Add the diced potatoes to the pan and pour the cheesy cooking cream over them. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
