Ingredients:
- 300 g reindeer meat- 1 medium onion
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 l beef broth
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tbsp thyme oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Orange jam for serving
- Croutons for serving
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, carrots, and potatoes.2. Cube the reindeer meat and brown it in a pan.
3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until soft.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes, mixing for a moment.
5. Pour the beef broth into the pan and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in the cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the soup in bowls, drizzling with thyme oil, adding a spoonful of orange jam, and topping with croutons.
