Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken (fillets or strips)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 zucchini (diced)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 100 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
