Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef - 1 dl onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl bell pepper, diced
- 1 dl corn, canned
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 buns
- 100 g cheese (e.g., cheddar), grated
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the ground beef. Brown the meat until fully cooked.2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic to the pan, cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the bell pepper, corn, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Slice the buns in half and lightly toast them in the pan.
5. Fill the buns with the beef mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Place the filled buns in an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
7. Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.
