Ingredients:

- 200 ml tawny port wine
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of lemon for garnish

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
3. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip.
4. Gently fold the melted chocolate and tawny port wine into the whipped cream mixture.
5. Divide the mixture into four serving bowls or glasses.
6. Refrigerate the dessert for about 1-2 hours before serving.
7. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
