Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
2. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. Place the chicken fillets in the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Allow to simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.
7. Serve with fresh basil for garnish.
