Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g green beans
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. Cut the salmon into portions and place them in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
4. Roast the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
5. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
6. Add the cream and dill to the green beans and mix well. Heat for a moment.
7. Serve the salmon with the green beans and dill cream.
