A quick and easy tortilla pizza perfect for a weekend treat or snack that the whole family will enjoy.

Serving Size: 4 tortilla pizzas
Ingredients:
- 4 large tortillas
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 100 g pepperoni or ham (optional)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over each tortilla.
3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
4. Add your desired toppings (pepperoni, bell pepper, onion) over the cheese.
5. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Bake the tortilla pizzas in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
7. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a moment before serving.
