Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1-2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1½ dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
4. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
5. Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Stir in the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
7. Gradually add the flour and blend until smooth.
8. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.
9. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
