Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
- 2 tbsp sugar (for berries)
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder together and gently fold them into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Pour the batter onto the lined baking sheet and smooth the surface.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and immediately turn it over onto a piece of parchment paper, carefully peeling off the bottom layer.
7. Whip the cream and mix it with the berries and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
8. Spread the berry-cream mixture over the cake.
9. Roll the cake tightly using the parchment paper for assistance.
10. Allow it to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
