This refreshing lemon drink is a perfect choice for mornings or gatherings. It's easy to prepare and can be made the night before. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 6 people
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of cold white grape juice or sweet lime juice- 200-300 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions:
1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and set it aside.2. In a large pitcher, combine the grape juice and lemon juice.
3. Place mint leaves and ice cubes in each glass.
4. Pour the lemon drink into the glasses and enjoy cold.
5. Optionally, garnish with lemon zest.
