A refreshing and revitalizing lemon drink, perfect for hot summer days.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 2-3 cups cold water (or sparkling water)
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Remove from heat and allow the sugar syrup to cool.
4. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it into the cooled sugar syrup.
5. Add cold water (or sparkling water) to taste, adjusting the sweetness and tartness as desired.
6. Serve the lemonade over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
