Ingredients:
- 2 large pears
- 3 bananas
- Seedless grapes, to taste
- 1 can of pineapple chunks (with pineapple juice)
- 3 oranges
- 3-4 kiwis (optional)
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the pears and bananas into small pieces.
2. Rinse the grapes and cut them in half.
3. Drain the pineapple chunks and add them to a large bowl.
4. Peel and chop the oranges into pieces.
5. (If using kiwis, peel and slice them now.)
6. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl and mix gently.
7. If desired, add some pineapple juice to the salad for a fresher taste.
8. Garnish with fresh mint before serving, if desired.
9. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
