A refreshing and tangy salad perfect for summer meals.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 cucumbers
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- A handful of fresh mint
- A handful of fresh dill
- 1 lemon
- 250 g thick Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Feta cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
2. Peel and slice the red onion.
3. Mince the garlic cloves.
4. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, and garlic.
5. Add the chopped mint and dill to the bowl.
6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the salad with Greek yogurt on the side.
8. Crumble feta cheese separately and serve it alongside, allowing each person to add it to their taste.
