Ingredients:
- 5 cucumbers - ½ red chili pepper (seeds removed, or any other color)
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. 2. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it into small pieces.
3. Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
4. In a bowl, combine the cucumber slices, chopped chili, and red onion.
5. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing white wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
7. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
