Delicious and healthy carrot tea breads that come together quickly and are perfect for enjoying warm.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 8 pieces
Ingredients:
- 250 g cottage cheese
- about 1.5 dl oat milk (or regular milk)
- 2 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 160 g grated carrot
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (buckwheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt).
3. Add the cottage cheese, oat milk, and grated carrot to the dry ingredients. Mix until you achieve a smooth dough.
4. Shape the dough into 8 small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the breads are golden brown.
