This delicious raw chocolate is the perfect sweet treat for the holiday season, bringing festive cheer without added sugars. Preparation is quick, and you can enjoy multiple servings.

Serving size: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g raw cocoa butter
- 100 g raw cocoa powder
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: nuts, dried fruits, or spices (e.g., cinnamon)
Instructions:
1. Melt the raw cocoa butter in a double boiler over low heat.
2. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the raw cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
3. If desired, add nuts, dried fruits, or spices and mix.
4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a container lined with parchment paper.
5. Allow the chocolate to set in the refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes until firm.
6. Cut the chocolate into pieces and enjoy!
