A refreshing bell pepper salad, perfect for summer gatherings. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
Instructions:
1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables.
2. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers, and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
3. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
4. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
5. Slice the cucumber.
6. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
7. Serve the salad immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
