Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 dl plain yogurt
- 400 g ground beef
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- Grated cheese (for topping)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix and yogurt. Let it sit for a moment to thicken.
2. Add the ground beef and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Grease a baking dish with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.
4. Press the meat mixture into the baking dish using wet hands.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes.
