Ingredients:

- 4-5 apples
- 2-3 cups lingonberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the apples.
2. Grease a pie dish and place the apple pieces in the dish. Sprinkle the lingonberries over the apples.
3. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl.
4. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
5. Stir in the milk.
6. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon) and add them to the butter mixture.
7. Pour the batter over the apples and lingonberries.
8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
