Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl granulated sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 dl lingonberries
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4½ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- A knob of butter
- 200 g softened butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Grease a cake pan and dust it with breadcrumbs.
2. Place the oven rack in the lower position and preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
4. Add the heavy cream, lingonberries, vanilla sugar, and sour cream to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
5. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and stir until the batter is uniform.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
