Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl punch
- 1 dl chocolate caramel sauce
- Fresh fruits and berries for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Mix well.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate-butter mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients into the batter.
6. Pour the punch into the batter and mix until well combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then transfer it to a serving plate.
9. Drizzle the chocolate caramel sauce over the cake and decorate with fresh fruits and berries before serving.
