A delicious vegan dish made with seitan marinated in red wine and fresh rosemary.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g seitan
- 2 dl red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dl vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the seitan into desired-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the red wine, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, black pepper, vegetable broth, and balsamic vinegar.
4. Pour the mixture over the seitan pieces, ensuring they are well coated in the marinade.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the seitan is beautifully browned.
7. Let the seitan rest for a moment before serving. Enjoy with potatoes or vegetables.
