Description: This delicious mushroom pasta combines the flavors of the forest with the crispiness of air-dried ham. A quick dish that is perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g air-dried ham
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or tagliatelle)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
2. Slice the cleaned porcini mushrooms, chop the onion, and mince the garlic cloves.
3. In a dry non-stick pan, crisp up the air-dried ham. Remove the ham from the pan and set aside.
4. Add olive oil to the pan and sauté the onion for a few minutes. Then add the garlic and porcini mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the contents of the pan, adding a little reserved pasta water if needed, and season with salt and pepper.
6. Stir in the crispy ham and mix well.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
