Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup local rapeseed oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the basil leaves thoroughly and dry them.
2. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan until they turn slightly golden.
3. Place all ingredients, including the toasted pine nuts, into a blender.
4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more rapeseed oil if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
6. Serve with pasta dishes or use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
