Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture and gently fold until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the cake is set but slightly gooey in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
