Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 5 dl milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ dl vanilla protein powder (e.g., Manninen Protein Pudding)
- 1 dl gluten-free oat flour (e.g., Provana)
- ½ dl teff flour

Instructions:

1. Whisk the eggs until well combined.
2. Add the milk, oil, and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown.
