Ingredients:
- 1/5 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/5 teaspoons black pepper
- 2-3 pork chops, boneless
Instructions:
1. Remove the bones from the pork chops and flatten the meat slightly.
2. In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and add the pork chops. Sear them on both sides until golden brown.
3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until it becomes soft.
4. Season with black pepper and pour in the heavy cream. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Serve warm with potatoes or rice.
