A delicious reindeer pie with a soft crust and flavorful filling, perfect for both everyday meals and celebrations.

Ingredients:

- 4 dl grated cheese or 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g softened butter
- 4 dl milk
- 100 g mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers
- 6 dl all-purpose flour
- 200 g vegetable mix
- 4 eggs
- 200-300 g reindeer meat
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tub sour cream

Instructions:

1. Crust: In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and softened butter. Add the baking powder and sour cream, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
2. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Filling: In a bowl, combine the reindeer meat, vegetable mix, mixed peas, corn, bell peppers, and grated cheese.
4. Add the eggs and milk to the mixture and stir well.
5. Pour the filling over the crust and spread it evenly.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
