A delicious savory cheese pie recipe perfect for a snack, customizable with various fillings. Preparation time is about 45 minutes, and it serves approximately 12 portions.Ingredients:
- 200 g crumbled feta cheese - 200 g ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 package of ready-made pie crust
- 100 g prosciutto (optional)
- 100 g marinated olives (optional)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 100 g blue cheese (optional)
- 4 figs (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a greased baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the feta, ricotta, eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and basil until well combined.
4. Pour the cheese mixture over the pie crust.
5. Add your desired fillings such as prosciutto, olives, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and figs.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
