Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture. Stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving.
