- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and fry them in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Slice the avocado and tomato.
5. Serve the fried bread with avocado and tomato slices, garnished with fresh basil.
