Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 150 g green beans, cooked
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the pasta cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add zucchini and bell peppers, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in the cooked green beans and cherry tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the vegetable mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed for a pleasant consistency.
6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
