Ingredients:

- 2 dl gluten-free flour blend
- 1 dl water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g pepperoni
- 1 dl fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add water and olive oil to the mixture. Stir until the dough is smooth.
3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
5. Roll out the dough into a thin pizza base on parchment paper.
6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
7. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and basil leaves.
8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper on top.
9. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Slice and enjoy!
