Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (penne)
- Water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve a little of the cooking water.
2. Chop the green onions, zucchini, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green onions and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the zucchini and asparagus to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetables in the skillet. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to moisten the mixture.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
